I was at the gym this morning for my workout and then to do some cardio. It was Back, Biceps and Bike. I found the bicep workoutto be the hardest of the three. I did 30 minutes on the bike, watching Rachael Ray helped pass the time.
I RAN MY FIRST HALF-MARATHON WITH MY FOUR DAUGHTERS IN JANUARY 2008 TO CELEBRATE MY 65TH BIRTHDAY. NOW I'M HOOKED!
