I was at the gym this morning for my workout and then to do some cardio. It was Back, Biceps and Bike. I found the bicep workoutto be the hardest of the three. I did 30 minutes on the bike, watching Rachael Ray helped pass the time.
I ran my first half-marathon in January 2008, with my four daughters in celebration of my 65th birthday. Now I'm hooked!
