TABATA CLASS

This morning I tried a new class at the gym. I'd done Tabata's before but never a half hour class. We had six different exercises that we did 20 seconds and then rested 10 seconds for eight times each. I actually liked this class, the only time it seemed hard was when we had to do burpies.
