This week has been extremely hot in Texas. Temperatures have been over a 100 and yesterday my car thermometer hit 106. I have not run or done boot camp. Just the thought of sweating has made me stay inside.Yesterday our grandson arrived from Belgium and today we are leaving for a week in the mountains. Bring on the cool weather. Can't wait to wear jeans and a long sleeve shirt. I'm packing my running clothes and looking forward to that mountain air.
