I knew it would be too wet to run outside and also too cold plus I needed to get to the gym and do some weights. I headed up around 10, did the workout from The Abs Diet For Women by David Zinczenko book and then did 3.25 miles on the treadmill.
I RAN MY FIRST HALF-MARATHON WITH MY FOUR DAUGHTERS IN JANUARY 2008 TO CELEBRATE MY 65TH BIRTHDAY. NOW I'M HOOKED!

I haven't heard of the Flat Abs book. Do you like it? Do you find it effective?
Oops! I goofed. I mixed up two books that I was reading. The first is The Abs Diet for Women by Daivd Zinczenko and the second one is Flat Belly Diet Cookbook by Liz Vaccariello. Both have a lot of great information.
