

I went out today and did over 5 miles.Later in the day I had an appointment with the eye doctor. I have some floaters and thought I should get them checked out. I asked if running could aggravate them and he said " You probably shouldn't' run for at least a week but you can walk. This really bums me out as I have only 37.65 miles left to reach my goal of 500 miles for the year. I guess I will just have to walk it.

I love those pictures - how wonderful to see how healthy living and active lifestyles are born.
I hope your eyes clear up and you can get back to running when you are better. I am mainly a walker - so you can definitely walk those remaining miles to 500!
That's too bad about your eyes, but hopefully laying off of the running should help it clear up? I think I took that pic of Jenny, I have the original in my album.
