It was a perfect day for running. There was a chill in the air but I knew not to dress for cold weather . I started out from the house and headed for the trails.Just after I crossed the street and headed up the hill that goes through the field a lady stopped me and pointed out a hawk sitting on one of the electrical towers. He was a big fellow and in all the times I have run this course I have never seen one hawk.

What a beautiful hawk! Never seen much more than cows when I'm running. I prefer your view.
