I could have used some shade today. My beautiful cool morning turned into a hot afternoon and I shouldn't have waited so long to go out. When am I going to learn. I live in Texas and it's summer and it's hot! I decided to make it easy an only run when I came upon shady spots which wasn't very often.Miles today 4.75
