I did 20 minutes of HIIT increasing the numbers from my last run. I had to take a short break and them came back and walk/ran until I reached a total distance of 5 miles.
I RAN MY FIRST HALF-MARATHON WITH MY FOUR DAUGHTERS IN JANUARY 2008 TO CELEBRATE MY 65TH BIRTHDAY. NOW I'M HOOKED!

Oooo, 98, you just might need a fleece for that.
I've really enjoyed the vacation recap in pictures. I heard you did really well on the HIIT run. I think you are going to end up surprising a lot of people on your next race.
