I finally got it straight what they do at boot camp, it's TABATA! Today Heidi had us doing this for part of our workout. I asked her how you spelled it and then came home and looked it up. Here's what it is.
A Tabata workout (also called a Tabata sequence) is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes
It felt good to get a workout in especially since I will be in a car four 4 days.

I just read about Tabata intervals on another blog somewhere - they sounded hard!
I've heard about Tabata - I think I would pass out!
