Can you believe that these little goblins are going to run the Disney Half?I was to do an easy run of 3 miles at a 15:55 pace today. I did 2.59 miles at a 15:13 pace. I was sweating, it seems like summer out and the temp is to get to 80.
My time also included a bathroom break.
That's it for today, now go get some CANDY!
