I went to the gym today to do my upper body weights and I swear everyone must have been out buying school supplies because the gym was pretty empty.It was nice to have the place to myself. Before the workout I warmed up on the bike for 15 minutes.
I RAN MY FIRST HALF-MARATHON WITH MY FOUR DAUGHTERS IN JANUARY 2008 TO CELEBRATE MY 65TH BIRTHDAY. NOW I'M HOOKED!
