TODAY'S RECAP


Training for 30 minutes working on triceps and chest.

Cardio on the bike for 25 minutes


Race tomorrow, the Red, White and Blue. It's a 5 K in my neighborhood. Hopefully at 7 a.m. it won't be too hot.
